This document defines the quality standard for all entries of Ethical Power.

1. Chapter Structure (Mandatory)

1.1 Title and Objective

  • Title: 1.1 Skill + Benefit (≤70 characters).
  • Objective: In a distinct aside or blockquote box.
    • Format: > **Learning Objective**: [What the reader will achieve today].

1.2 Initial Story (300–400 words)

  • Function: Set the scene for the conflict and solution as a fluid and literary narrative.
  • Format: Continuous prose. FORBIDDEN to use lists, bullets, or numerical schemes within the story. It must read like a novel, not a manual.
  • Technical Marks: Dialogue keywords denoting the technique used must be in bold and brackets.
    • Example: —**[Context:]** I see there are doubts. **[Proposal:]** let's review the plan.

1.3 Deep Explanation and Theory (500–700 words)

  • Style: Rich and detailed expository narrative. Zero bullets.
  • Content:
    • Develop the theory behind the skill.
    • Integrate key TPM concepts organically into the prose.
    • Explain the psychological or social why of what happens in the story.
    • Do not stay on the surface; go to the bottom of the power dynamic.

1.4 Synthesis of Key Ideas

  • Function: Schematic summary post-explanation.
  • Format: List of bullets with references to TPM.
    • Example: * **Concept**: Brief definition.

1.5 Practical Examples (Context Variants)

  • Develop 3 mandatory use cases to ensure transversal utility:
    1. Professional Environment (Office, clients, hierarchy).
    2. Family / Educational Environment (Parents-children, classroom, siblings).
    3. Social / Peer Environment (Friends, partner, adolescence).
  • Format for each:
    1. [Technique] in [Context]
      • Situation: Brief description.
      • Action: What to do specifically.
      • Phrase: "The literal phrase in quotes".
      • Why it works: Brief justification.

1.6 Signs of Progress (Unified with Rubric)

  • List of 3 observable improvement indicators.

5. Quality Control (QC Checklist)

Before closing an entry, verify these points.

5.1 QC for Learning Journal

Visual Structure

  • The Objective is inside a > quote block.
  • Headers use the correct hierarchy (## Sections, ### Examples).
  • Technical marks in the story are in bold and [brackets].

Narrative Content

  • The Deep Explanation is narrative (no bullets) and links the story to the theory.
  • 3 Practical Examples are included and differentiated: Professional, Family/Educational, Social/Peers.
  • Signs of Progress follow the “Question? + Explanation” format.

Quality and Ethics

  • TPM sources are cited in the final section.
  • Deliberate Practice: Specific Game reference included to train the skill.
  • Examples cover age/context variants.
  • Tone is assertive and constructive, never manipulative.

5.2 QC for Games

Mechanical Clarity

  • The Objective clearly defines what skill is trained.
  • Roles are well defined.
  • Mechanics can be followed step by step without doubts.
  • There are Debriefing questions to reflect after playing.
  • Includes “Train this theory” section with links to journal entries.
